Shipping Destinations & Exclusions

To maintain the highest standards of delivery speed and physical security for our products, our shipping operations are subject to the following geographical limitations:

  • Eligible Regions: We deliver exclusively to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Excluded Destinations: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations.
  • Reason for Exclusions: Due to the heavy, precision-engineered, and sometimes oversized nature of our faucet and plumbing hardware, standard postal services cannot guarantee safe transit to mailbox lockers or military installations. We utilize trusted, specialized domestic couriers to ensure every package is handled with the proper care and security.

Shipping Rates & Transparent Costs

We believe in straightforward and simple pricing. Your final shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal before taxes, with absolutely no hidden fees or unexpected handling surcharges.

  • Orders of $80.00 USD or More: Free Standard Shipping.
  • Orders Under $80.00 USD: A flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 USD is applied at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

To help you accurately estimate when your order will arrive, please review our formulaic timeline breakdown below:

Handling Time (1-3 Business Days) + Transit Time (3-8 Business Days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time (4-11 Business Days)

1. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Our daily order cut-off time is strictly 2:00 PM (EST / EDT, Eastern Standard Time / Eastern Daylight Time, UTC-5 / UTC-4), Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and major Federal holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Handling Time (1 – 3 Business Days)

  • Once an order is placed, it undergoes a meticulous quality inspection, preparation, and packaging process.
  • This handling period takes 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday through Friday).

3. Transit Time (3 – 8 Business Days)

  • After your package is picked up by our carrier, it takes 3 to 8 Business Days (Monday through Friday) to reach its destination.
  • We partner with top-tier domestic carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure fast and reliable transit.

Tracking & Split Shipments

  • Real-Time Logistics Tracking: As soon as your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace the shipment will be sent to your inbox. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking data to activate and update in the carrier’s tracking system.
  • Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple premium items or includes goods that are briefly on backorder, your items may be shipped separately to prevent delays. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each individual parcel at no additional charge.

Delivery Accuracy & Missing Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are strictly responsible for providing complete, valid, and accurate shipping information at checkout. AllThingsItalian cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to customer errors, such as missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes, or incomplete street names.
  • Lost or Stolen Shipments: If your tracking number shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, we advise checking with neighbors, your building management, or your local delivery driver first. You must contact the respective shipping carrier to file an official investigation. While we cannot assume financial liability for stolen parcels after they have been confirmed as delivered, our support team is happy to provide any documentation required to assist you with your claim.

Damage in Transit

Due to the precision-engineered nature of our faucet and plumbing hardware, we ensure our parcels are thoroughly padded and securely packaged. However, if your items are damaged during transit:

  • Please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to Help@allthingsitalianstore.com.
  • You must include your Order Number and attach clear photographs of the damaged item as well as the outer shipping box with its original shipping label visible.
  • Once verified, our team will immediately arrange a replacement or process a refund at no extra cost to you.
