Do not send any products back to the sender’s address printed on your original shipping package without contacting our customer support team first. To initiate a return or exchange, you must first email us at Help@allthingsitalianstore.com to receive a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct, specific returns processing facility address.
